Instructions:
  1. Each applicant must fill out a separate application.
  2. Print legibly and furnish all requested information.
  3. Sign the application.
  4. Fax, scan and email or hand-deliver the completed application(s) to our office.  Do not mail applications.  
  5. All applications will be submitted for verification.
  6. The selection of a prospective Tenant is based on income, credit history and references.
If you are accepted as a Tenant:
  1. A valid picture id (driver's license, passport, etc.) must be provided as proof of identification.
  2. The security deposit and first month's pro-rated rent must be paid by money order, cashier's check or cash only.  Thereafter, personal checks will be accepted.
  3. We do not accept third party checks, credit or debit cards.
